The "STW-9900 series" is a testing machine designed to conduct four types of tests based on various global safety standards: AC/DC dielectric voltage, insulation resistance (IR), and ground conductivity (GB). By adopting a high-efficiency PWM switching amplifier, the output voltage can be kept constant and stable even when the AC line voltage is changed. We offer four models, from the "STW-9901," which performs only the AC dielectric voltage test, to the "STW-9904," which can conduct all four types of tests in one unit. It is possible to perform tests safely and accurately according to safety standards set by various countries, such as IEC, UL, CSA, GB, and JIS. The adoption of a high-efficiency PWM switching amplifier enables stable testing.

This is a testing machine designed to conduct three types of tests based on various global safety standards: AC/DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance (IR). By adopting a high-efficiency PWM switching amplifier, it can maintain a stable output voltage even when the AC line voltage fluctuates, allowing for consistent testing. The STW-9801 is dedicated to AC withstand voltage testing, while the STW-9802 features both AC and DC withstand voltage testing functions. The STW-9803 is a model equipped with three functions: AC withstand voltage testing, DC withstand voltage testing, and insulation resistance testing, resulting in a total of three models in the lineup. Additionally, it is equipped with a sweep function, and test results are graphically displayed on the LCD panel on the front. In standalone testing, it can save up to 100 test conditions and execute them automatically. It is capable of safely and accurately conducting tests according to safety standards set by various countries, including IEC, EN, UL, CSA, GB, and JIS.

Winding Component Safety Tester Model 19035 Series

Multi electrical safety tester for winding components such as motors, transformers, and heaters.

The quality inspection of winding components includes AC withstand voltage tests, DC withstand voltage tests, insulation resistance tests, and pulse tests for winding components. The 19035 can conduct safety standard tests for products such as motors, transformers, and heaters, effectively performing quality inspections. It is equipped with high voltage outputs of AC 5kV/DC 6kV, meeting the withstand voltage test standards for winding components, with a maximum output current of up to 30mA. The insulation resistance test can measure within a range of 0.1MΩ to 50GΩ, with an output voltage of up to 5kV. The DC resistance test can confirm connections before conducting safety standard withstand voltage tests, in addition to measuring winding components, and is further equipped with functions such as electrical flashover and open/short detection. The reliability of tests is enhanced by programmable output voltage and time parameters tailored to the characteristics of different test objects.
